Meet Julia Amor, an emerging musician based in Barcelona. When it came time for her debut album, she turned to me to bring her creative vision to life visually – a journey that encompassed everything from vinyl design and graphics for music videos to eye-catching merchandise and digital singles.
This collaborative endeavor saw me joining forces with Barcelona record label, 'Primavera Sound Label,' as well as the photographer Neelam Khan Vela, who lent her unique perspective to the project's imagery, and the visionary director Marc Luguera.
Immersing myself in the essence of Julia's music, I embarked on a mission to craft visuals that would transport her audience into a distinctive realm – a hypnotic, occasionally dark, yet inherently innocent and unapologetic world. This was a fantastical realm interwoven with the fabric of synthesizers and a sonic signature that is uniquely hers; an auditory experience that only Julia Amor could deliver.
